At the end of the week, thry  add up all the stars they have to see which  reward they earned. Having a staggered reward system allows for a child who is bold on a day or two in the week to still be able to receive  a smaller reward if their behaviour improves for the rest of the week. The icing on the cake is that these charts also bring Irish into home in an organic way.
