Adrianna consists of a double silver coloured band with the top part covered in a really beautiful design of small diamantés around circular diamonds. The side of the Arianna has a fabulous flower made from pearls with a centre diamond. And radiating from was the flower are teardrop shaped diamantés and longer vines with oval shaped peals, a real classic.
