Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Please note that custom orders or items made to order may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if there are any delays with your order.
Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within Ireland.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making a payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) that allows you to track your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement, as applicable.

Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you believe your item is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

Custom Pieces and Commissions Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
For custom pieces and commissioned artwork, the creation process begins shortly after your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply to cover any work already done.

Quality Assurance:
We take pride in the quality of our custom pieces and commissions. Before shipping or finalizing the artwork, we will provide you with images or proofs for your review and approval. We encourage you to carefully review these materials to ensure they meet your expectations.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds or returns for custom pieces and commissions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Artistic Integrity: We are committed to delivering artwork that aligns with the agreed-upon concept, style, and specifications discussed during the commission process.

Defects or Damage: If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work to address the issue promptly.

Approval: If you have approved the final design or artwork, refunds may not be possible unless there are significant deviations from the approved concept.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as custom pieces that are highly personalized or one-of-a-kind commissions, may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or with significant defects.

Return Process:
If you believe your custom piece or commission is eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the artwork. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, which may include returning the artwork in its original condition and packaging.
