We use An Post for all our deliveries within the island of Ireland, please be aware that delays can occur especially around Christmas or public holidays which is outside our control.
If you would prefer registered or tracked mail, please let us know in advance and we advise you of An Posts’ additional costs for this service.
We pack all our orders using eco friendly materials including hard backed envelopes and boxes for larger deliveries. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or defects to our cards when in transit.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for defective cards, this means you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund the defective card or exchange it for a card of the same value. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]
The refund or exchange process must be completed within 14 days of delivery, after this we refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure the package you are returning is carefully packed, ideally in the packaging it arrived in, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please use registered post for the return and retain proof of posting with tracking number so we can track the item should it go missing.
