Custom Watercolour House Portrait

If you’re looking for a custom piece of art for your home or to give to someone special, perhaps for Christmas, as an anniversary gift, a house warming present, or a gift for a big birthday, this is just the thing!

Most of my commissions have been gifts for significant others, parents or neighbours in the past, but people equally commission me for themselves. A painting of a first home or a forever home is something lovely and sentimental to have up on the wall.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It’s my goal to make sure that every client is 100% happy with their artwork purchase. In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact me immediately upon delivery, should there be any issue with your new painting. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns on personalised / custom paintings and drawings. Custom made personalised artwork is non-refundable.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

DELIVERY

Equanimity Art by Mariza Halliday is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking (registered post). Please contact me within 24 hours if your delivery arrives broken or damaged.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your original painting or print, you may return it to me within 7 days of shipment receipt for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Refunds / exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that this does not apply to custom/personalised artwork.

PERSONALISED / CUSTOM ARTWORK (VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ)

Please note that you are paying for my artistic expression of the reference photo you provide. Please familiarise yourself with my work so that you know exactly what to expect.

Please send me 5-12 photographs of the house or venue you would like me to paint. If a viewpoint / angle is not specified, I will select the best angle to create the painting from myself. Please be clear if you require any modifications or if you have any special requests.

The higher the quality of the images supplied the better the portrait created.

USE OF PAINTINGS / ILLUSTRATIONS

Mariza Halliday / Equanimity Art reserves the right to use an image of each completed illustration or painting for self-promotion through the official website, social media or printed material. No photographs of customers or their full names will be used without permission sought. I will always be sensitive to wait until each order has been received by the desired recipient. Testimonials will always be welcomed!
