Refund Policy

When you buy goods online, or over the phone, you have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify Nici Le Gear Art that you want to cancel. Nici Le Gear Art will refund you within 14 days of cancelling your order, it may hold this refund until you have returned the products in good condition and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
