Standard Shipping is up to 10kg, within Ireland and is tracked.
Large Envelope is not tracked.

Refund Policy

I pride myself on providing quality service and quality products, if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. As long as the item is in good condition/condition in which you received it, a replacement/refund can be sent with no additional postage cost. Sometimes you can just change your minds, and that's okay too. Send the item back as you received it, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is liable for all postage costs of returns. On mask orders, ButtonthisOccasion will accept returns for refund or exchange only where the product does not meet the quality expected or where there is a fault in the product. Again the customer is liable for any postage costs of returning the item(s). The above does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If the items is damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of item for me to arrange a replacement or refund. Photos of damage are required to confirm issue.
