Refund Policy

As long as the item is in good condition/condition in which you received it, a replacement/refund can be sent with no additional postage cost. The customer is liable for all postage costs of returns. On mask orders, ButtonthisOccasion will accept returns for refund or exchange only where the product does not meet the quality expected or where there is a fault in the product.
