Shipping Policy
Orders (including personalised) orders) are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Customised orders or commissions can take up to 5 days to complete. Occasionally, it may take a little longer if we have to buy in a special parts or embellishments, however, we normally have most variations in stock. We will always endeavour to keep in touch should there be any issues at all.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there are any significant delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Refund Policy
If 30 days have passed by since your order was placed, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be given:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if granted:)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will then be be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
