HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 10-14 days for you order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that each item is lovingly handmade and will be shipped off to its new home fully assembled and ready to play.

There are times when orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this be the case we will keep you updated via the details provided at time of order.

We ship our products nationwide! Shipping times are dependant on location, if, for instance you are in Galway you are likely to receive you order sooner than if you were in Cork.
Refund Policy
You have the right to return purchases within 14 days for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Custom made or personalised orders can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective
